We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting, prospecting and securing new business through cold calling, client visits, sales presentations, networking events and trade shows. Focusing efforts on building strong partnership awareness and unveiling untapped business opportunities in existing accounts is key to this role. Keeping abreast of Staffing industry trends, legislations and ethical practices is also necessary. Maintaining client rapport to maximize business opportunities within new accounts and constantly focusing on closing the deal is a must. The ideal candidate will possess the following : Fluently bilingual in both French / English1-3 years of sales / business development experienceStaffing industry experience preferred or outside sales experienceSuperior negotiation and interpersonal skills with a high customer focus levelPost-Secondary education Ability to work efficiently without supervisionProven track record of successfully closing the sales If you are self-directed, enjoy working in a positive and dynamic environment, have a sense of urgency and possess outstanding customer service and strong closing skills, this position is for you!
