Description de poste3+ years experience in digital media campaign management Rock-solid analytics alongside an ability to create insights and stories with data Customer first mind-set Solid GA and GTM experience Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and GA Marketing automation / eMail marketing experience Curious mindset & desire to improve what’s there, and build new and better Collaborative approach to marketing An audacious spirit that embraces uncertainty and challenges with enthusiasm High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do Strong entrepreneurial spirit that has grit, determination and challenges the status quo High degree of empathy and the ability to see other’s perspective Strong sense of curiosity and the desire to learn and get better everyday

Summary of key responsibilities
- Plan and execute segment specific strategies across paid channels (Homeowners vs. Industry Professionals); PPC, display / retargeting, affiliates
- Ensure full customer journey from paid channels is optimised, in coordination with other marketing functions (content, UX / UI and merchandising)
- Forecast, manage and report on paid spend and performance
- Research and test new strategies and channels to grow / optimise paid channels & email
- Report on competitor activity within paid channels
- Manage / coordinate with external agencies / contractors
