Summary of key responsibilities

Plan and execute segment specific strategies across paid channels (Homeowners vs. Industry Professionals); PPC, display / retargeting, affiliates
Ensure full customer journey from paid channels is optimised, in coordination with other marketing functions (content, UX / UI and merchandising)
Forecast, manage and report on paid spend and performance
Research and test new strategies and channels to grow / optimise paid channels & email
Report on competitor activity within paid channels
Manage / coordinate with external agencies / contractors

What you must have

3+ years experience in digital media campaign management

Rock-solid analytics alongside an ability to create insights and stories with data

Customer first mind-set

Solid GA and GTM experience

Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and GA

Marketing automation / eMail marketing experience

Curious mindset & desire to improve what’s there, and build new and better

Collaborative approach to marketing

An audacious spirit that embraces uncertainty and challenges with enthusiasm

High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do

Strong entrepreneurial spirit that has grit, determination and challenges the status quo
