This role is based in North York with travel required across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership to multiple locations across Canada by developing a roadmap to further enhance the organization’s HR programs in alignment with corporate objectives, specifically related to employee engagement, succession planning, performance management and leadership / talent development.
- Mentor and guide your HR team, while operating as a true business partner to senior leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably a CHRL designation
Demonstrated experience in the following key areas :
- Unionized environment
- HR transformation / Change Management expertise
- Leading an HR team
- Establishing and implementing HR strategy (Short and Long Term objectives)
- Using data to drive decision-making and to present recommendations to leadership
- Multi-site / branch environment
- Comfortable with regular travel (local and multi-province)
