Network Technician
Location : Montreal (mostly remote; occasional travel to client site once per quarter)
Contract Length : 12 months + extensions
Network Technician Requirements :
- Bilingual (English, French)
- CCNP Certification
- Cisco product experience (Route / Switch and core network)
- Understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, Multicast, IPv6)
- Customer / client experience
Network Technician Responsibilities :
- Responsible for network operations, as well as lab verification
- Will cover a broad area, multiple technologies. Is able to apply recommended product behavior and industry standard methodologies
- Communicates difficult concepts. Guides, influences and persuades others either internally and externally
