Tasks
- Working closely with department managers to prepare and monitor operational budgets.
- Taking responsibility for all company accounting processes, including accounts payable, receivable, and collections.
- Supporting the sales team by providing detailed financial analyses, calculating standard and actual costs, managing depreciation, and evaluating machinery purchases and product category profitability.
- Maintaining and developing positive relationships with financial institutions.
- Conducting in-depth financial analyses for investment projects, the company's financial structure, and cash flow monitoring.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of two, consisting of an accounts payable and receivable specialist and an accounting technician.
- Performing any other related tasks as required by the company.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or financial management.
- CPA designation (asset).
- 5 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bilingual.
- Excellent command of accounting software, Acomba (asset).
