What it’s like to be a Federated Director of Contact +
The Director of Contact + maintains daily operations and provides leadership and strategic vision for the overall Contact+ department.
The Contract+ team assists the sales group with their enquiries and ensuring staff can successfully market new exposure opportunities, including retention of client relationships by exceeding client expectations.
In addition, ensure that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards upheld. You will play a large role in mentoring, conducting performance reviews and coaching staff.
As our new Director of Contact + you will often be presenting at Kick-Off and other sales meetings to provide guidance to the Federated Executives and sales staff on areas where Contact+ can add value.
We want your talent
If you are great at :
- Leading a team focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining and building exceptional working relationships with Clients, Sales, Underwriting, and other office personnel.
- Maintaining the annual budget and setting goals for the business unit
- Assessing staff training, developing needs, and providing recommendations for training opportunities to build a competent staff capable of performing all functions within the unit.
- Maintaining relationships with our Insurance providers and the national Federated sales force.
- Help staff with front-line underwriting, marketing and sales of submissions received if needed.
- Developing marketing programs that can support Federated Insurance’s needs.
If you have :
- Level 3 RIBO License
- 10 or more years of Commercial Insurance experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Post-secondary school education
- Underwriting experience would be considered an asset.
