Being a Senior Advisor in P&E Deployment Cadence Management means having a global perspective of the business deployments that will impact P&E in order to provide the best recommendations and orientations in terms of deployment sequencing and change management.

Through your leadership qualities, your knowledge of deployment strategy, your understanding of employee / customer impacts, your innovative side and your ability to manage change well, you ensure a harmonious integrated sequencing of deployments in the Personal and Commercial sector including our Client Contact Centre .

Your job :

  • Work closely with the various partners from all sectors, understand their needs and business objectives in order to align and influence discussions towards innovative deployment and change management strategies.
  • Reflect the changes generated by initiatives across different sectors and target audiences, and align stakeholders in the execution of the adoption strategy.
  • Plan absorption efforts upfront to plan for deployment success and optimize deployment sequencing
  • Refine the estimated capacity assumptions based on the accuracy of the Customer / Employee impact assessments by performing a workforce challenge with the initiatives
  • Produce executive deliverables on the sequencing of P&E deployments including absorption capacity statuses to be expected on impacted consulting and client forces
  • Contribute to reflections, recommend directions, ensure the implementation of innovative change management approaches in order to raise the level of employee adoption and promote customer engagement
  • Demonstrate seniority through ease in navigating the vague, speed of execution and quality of advice and accountability.
  • Collaborate in the realization of post-implementation in order to contribute to the development of good deployment practices.
  • Be able to take charge of certain deployment activities and responsibilities in project mode if a targeted intervention is required
  • Guides, coaches and accompanies PO / PM, deployment advisor during the development of change management strategies and offers a more sustained intervention according to the complexity of the mandate.

Prerequisite :

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate and eight years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in deployment strategy and project management an asset
  • Experience in large-scale deployment in the context of implementing customer solutions
  • Have in-depth experience in change management
  • Experience in putting innovative change management into practice
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, PowerBi, Confluence and Hub tools
  • Oral and written communication skills, including facilitating workshops and presentations at an executive level
  • Strong ability to influence and recognized leadership
