Our client is a well-established & reputable company in the Manufacturing Industry. They manufacture and distribute Office furniture within the workplace, healthcare and Education markets.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm

Salary : $65K-$75K

Location : North York ( Dufferin and Steeles Ave W)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company database, ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather and input data into relevant systems and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system, troubleshoot any errors or inconsistencies, and take corrective action as necessary.
• Create and maintain database, spreadsheets, and other data collection tools to track and analyze various aspects of the business.
• Prepare cost analysis and pricing recommendations that optimize profitability.
• Generate selling price proposals for new and existing office furniture products.
• Review and implement Price List changes and propose new option codes for the Price List.
• Figure out profit margins and determine costs accordingly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in data entry and analyzing data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Post Secondary Education in a relative program.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AS400 is considered an ASSET
