Locally sourced food and beverages, served by attentive artisans, bringing farm to table.
Responsibilities :
Day-to-day operations
- Manage and coordinate the operations of the various service outlets (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden and Shack);
- Ensure compliance with standards and laws on alcoholic beverages, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health and safety;
- Manage, motivate and develop teams to provide a high level of service to customers;
- Ensure that the health and safety of all employees and guests is maintained at all times;
- Follow up during closures / openings and shift changes.
- Create an engaging and dynamic environment where all craftsmen work as a high-performing team.
- Work with many department heads to ensure a consistent experience for our customers
Administrative duties
- Ensure that all employees comply with presentation standards (uniforms, personal hygiene, etc.)
- Recruit, select and train staff
- Participate in employee development and performance management
- Respect corporate standards and service levels to increase sales and contain costs
- Optimize revenues by developing strategies, practices and promotions
- Other administrative duties as required
To succeed in this position, you must :
- A post-secondary diploma
- Three (3) years of relevant food service experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails (an asset)
- Bilingualism in French and English.

Work schedule
- 40 hours / week (full-time)
- Must be available weekends and holidays. Mix of early morning and evening / night shifts.
