Responsibilities :

Day-to-day operations

• Manage and coordinate the operations of the various service outlets (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden and Shack);
• Ensure compliance with standards and laws on alcoholic beverages, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health and safety;
• Manage, motivate and develop teams to provide a high level of service to customers;
• Ensure that the health and safety of all employees and guests is maintained at all times;
• Follow up during closures / openings and shift changes.
• Create an engaging and dynamic environment where all craftsmen work as a high-performing team.
• Work with many department heads to ensure a consistent experience for our customers

Administrative duties

• Ensure that all employees comply with presentation standards (uniforms, personal hygiene, etc.)
• Recruit, select and train staff
• Participate in employee development and performance management
• Respect corporate standards and service levels to increase sales and contain costs
• Optimize revenues by developing strategies, practices and promotions
• Other administrative duties as required

To succeed in this position, you must :

• A post-secondary diploma
• Three (3) years of relevant food service experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails (an asset)
• Bilingualism in French and English.

Work schedule

• 40 hours / week (full-time)
• Must be available weekends and holidays. Mix of early morning and evening / night shifts.
