Position Overview :
The Territory Development Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. This position is responsible for growing the rental territory and market share with existing potential and new customers. This position requires a person who possesses the skills and determination necessary to develop strong positive customer relationships. The Territory Development Representative job profile should only be utilized temporarily in regions where we do not have an established customer base.

Major Job Functions :
Customer Service (30%)
- Provide efficient and effective customer service ensuring company standards are met
- Interfacing with the customers in person or by telephone in a prompt courteous business-like manner
Sales (60%)
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clientsPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be madeFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activityIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedPrepare presentations proposals and sales contractsDevelop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledgeEstablish and maintain current client and potential client relationshipsPrepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract servicesManage account services through quality checks and other follow-upIdentify and resolve client concernsPrepare a variety of status reports including activity closings follow-up and adherence to goalsCommunicate new product and service opportunities special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffCoordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close salesDevelop and implement special sales activities to reduce stockMaintain and update CRM (SalesLink)Other (10%) :
