Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategy for Housing regions.
- Manage the sales team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
- Acquire necessary talent and resources to meet business objectives.
- Drive change initiatives aligned with the sales strategy and company values.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment in product and marketing.
- Oversee customer relationship management and promotional material creation.
Responsibilities :
- Over 5 years of experience in a related role, with at least 3 years in New Home Sales.
- Previous experience in the housing market is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and relationships with brokers and legal processes.
- Minimum undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Sales training experience or relevant courses considered an asset.
