Our client located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance Industry) to add to their growing team.
This is a % remote opportunity. What's in it for you : -Fully remote work opportunity -Work for a leader in the Insurance Industry-Excellent health benefits-Fitness reimbursement-RRSP matching Working hours : Available to work any shifts Monday to Friday between 8 : 00am to 8 : 00pm plus 1 Saturday per month from 10am to 3pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for : -Answering phone inquiries from members and providers-Managing various administrative inquiries from clients-Resolving issues according to the internal guidelines-Providing support to clients requesting policy changes-Setting up new client accounts and updating information-Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will have : -Fluently bilingual in both French / English, written and verbal-1-2 years of customer service experience-College Diploma and / or University Degree-Strong MS Office skills-Previous Insurance Industry experience a strong asset
