Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial
5-10+ Years (Hybrid), 12-14 Month Contract
ALT is partnering with a Canadian-owned business and payments processing company to hire a Senior Legal Counsel. This role works closely with the entire legal department, including the VP Legal and Chief Legal Officer.
It is a 12- to 14-month contract.
In this role, you will draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology service and licensing agreements, support M&A transactions, and advise on day-to-day legal and business matters.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial law experience.
