KeyResponsibilities
- Leadthe leadership team and frontline staff fostering a culture oftrust innovation and excellence.
- Drive thetransformation of our longterm care site ensuring the highestquality of care and services for ourresidents.
- Develop and implement strategicinitiatives that align with our mission andvalues.
- Promote a positive and collaborativework environment that empowers our dedicatedteam.
- Maintain compliance with healthcareregulations and standards.
- Oversee the daytodayoperations of the facility including budget management and resourceallocation.
Qualifications
BCCNM Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) with 3 yearsleadership experience in care home administration or leadership;Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare;
Innovative thinker with a commitment to integrity and ethicalpractices; Strong communication and interpersonalskills
