Challenges that await you :
Your core mandate is to create and execute learning and development strategies and programs for our employees and leaders.
You will also lead our national initiatives related to employer branding, engagement survey and recognition programs and will also be involved in various ad hoc projects (ESG, DEI, employee manuals and policies, etc.
The objective : to build an agile and efficient organization, and interesting careers!
On a daily basis, this means :
- Analyze training and development needs throughout the network. Identify priorities and opportunities.
- Structuring the training offer, onboarding plans, training and career paths for our key positions.
- Develop and implement learning and development activities for employees and managers. Select training content. Manage training campaigns.
- Identify and select external partners.
- LMS : implement best practices, define security profile and roles, act as SME and support content owners.
- Structure orientation programs for new managers.
- Assist regional vice-presidents in managing our Manager Trainee Programs
- Develop and implement performance indicators in terms of talent management and ensure compliance with our obligations (1%).
- Identify opportunities and lead employer branding initiatives for all of our banners
- Lead and execute our national programs and initiatives (scholarship, mobilization survey, etc.)
Depending on your profile, several other initiatives around talent management and supporting our managers on HR topics can be added (gradually) to your mandate!
Do you have what we're looking for?
- Consultant mindset : ability of adapting solutions to each client’s needs and on-time delivery
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in training and leadership development. Experience as a HR generalist, an asset
- In-depth knowledge of an LMS. Workday, an asset.
- Relevant university degree
- Creativity and intellectual curiosity
- Autonomy and sense of organization
- Bilingualism required (French / English)
