The Select Group is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with banking experience to join a top bank in Canada on a long-term contract opportunity.

Job Title : Full Stack Developer
Duration : 6-month contract (estimated 2 year project, extensions expected after first 6 months)
Work Location : 100 King St W, Toronto, ON (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Start Date : 7 / 22 / 24
Interview Process : 2 rounds (1 hour each video interviews)
Requirements :
- Prior experience working for a bank
- At least 8+ years total experience as a developer
- Angular (front-end)
- Java (back-end)
- AWS Cloud
- Agile methodology
- NICE TO HAVE : Trading experience / Developing new platforms / securities / rearranging securities.
Team : Part of an internal Agile team of 5, will be working with 40-50 members total across wealth
Project / Responsibilities :
- Working on a modernized platform against 401k for retail customers for security portfolio matching.
- Working with quotes, orders, trade flows, buying power, some charting, and portfolio management.
