Your new role
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of thepany with a focus on Project Delivery.
Your responsibilities will include : 1. Strategic Planning : Collaborating with senior leadership to set operational goals and drive thepany’s strategic vision.
2. Efficiency Enhancement : Identifying areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. 3. Cross-Departmental Coordination : Supervising and providing feedback to managers across various departments.
4. Resource Allocation : Managing procurement processes, allocating resources, and ensuring optimal utilization. 5. Customer Support : Overseeing customer support processes to enhance satisfaction.
6. Financial Oversight : Reviewing financial data and adjusting budgets to promote profitability. 7. Policy Formulation : Revising and formulating policies to align with organizational objectives.
8. External Partnerships : Managing relationships with external partners and vendors.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in an equivalent position. 10 years of project management experience working with a General Contractor in Vancouver.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
