Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise the installation and technical support team
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Coordinate daily activities within the department
  • Manage the service fleet of trucks
  • Collaborate with service providers and clients
  • Approve supplier invoices
  • Participate in hiring process
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement new processes and procedures for the department
  • Improve processes based on customer feedback

Requirements :

  • University degree
  • Experience in team management (customer service, technical support, installations, or relevant field)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (intermediate Excel)
  • Bilingual to collaborate with clients and employees outside Quebec
