Quality Assurance Manager

Position Overview :

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. The Quality Control Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of our prefabricated metal enclosures through meticulous documentation, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety procedures, and project quality procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards, including ISO standards and OSHA regulations.

Conduct thorough in-house inspections, including hold points and review points, to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures, safety protocols, and the importance of adherence to quality standards.

Establish and maintain systems for managing quality assurance records, certifications, and equipment calibration.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals and objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and motivate a team of quality control professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the prefabricated metal enclosure industry or related field

Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in documentation management, including SOPs, safety procedures, and project quality procedures.

Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards, including CWB, CEC, ISO standards and OSHA regulations.

Experience conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
