Responsibilities
Collect materials from and return materials to the designated storage areasSupport the Lead Teacher in preparing supplies at the beginning of a programEncourage student involvement by ensuring students begin warm‑up activities and assist individuals as neededPractice excellence in teaching when delivering Engineering for Kids programsEnsure classes operate smoothly by observing and recording data during student tests, managing supplies, and assisting in demonstrationsProvide appropriate instruction that considers the unique abilities of every studentConstantly strive to improve instruction through reflection and evaluationDemonstrate initiative by seeking additional Engineering for Kids training and further educationPrimary Duties
Support Engineering for Kids classes in a professional mannerBe courteous and approachable to students, parents, and staffFollow the policies of the franchise location, which may include safety procedures and a dress codeCompensation
