ROLE : MARKETING CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST
Bibliotheca is seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team.
In this role, you will manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with strategy.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation tools to drive results.
Excellent communication skills, combined with proficiency in design, copywriting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, are key to success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring that integrated marketing campaigns are executed, and optimized across North America.
- Oversee campaign projects to ensure timely and efficient execution of all tasks.
- Support regional marketing teams across different regions, adapting to varied cultural needs and market dynamics.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across the funnel, providing actionable insights to help optimize campaigns for greater efficiency and scalability.
- Strategize, execute, and manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns, including the creation and optimization of landing pages.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven enhancements to improve user engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine advanced lead nurturing workflows and audience segmentation strategies to optimize engagement and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets are seamlessly integrated into broader campaigns.
- Collaborate on content creation, including writing and proofreading copy for various marketing materials to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy.
- Work closely with the design team to provide feedback, ensure all visual materials are on-brand, and make small design adjustments when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with proven ability to handle a variety of marketing activities.
- 3+ years of experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, including creating and managing assets and workflows. HubSpot Marketing Certification is required .
- 2+ years of experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of graphic design platforms like Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and support regional needs across different cultures and markets.
