Job Overview
In this position, you will apply your mechanical heavy equipment skills to commission, service, troubleshoot and repair shovels in open pit mining environments.
Your role will, perform breakdown and preventative maintenance on existing shovel fleet and lend technical support to multiple shovel assemblies.
In addition, you will also be required to attend meetings and provide the customer with reports and advice on breakdown repairs, upgrades and maintenance practices.
Reports to : Lead, Technical Service
Shift : 7x7, 12 hours per day rotational between days and nights
Location : Fort McMurray, AB
Relocation : This position does not offer relocation
