Job Title : Project Control Officer
Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Daily Responsibilities :
- Liaison between business users, application support teams and Global Technology Infrastructure teams(GTI)
- Lead specific business units in CM IT through the technology currency programs from planning to execution phases
- Plan and drive resolution of regulatory audit items for CM IT affecting assets
- Provide advice to project planning and application teams for relocations, systems installations, and upgrades with an eye on maximizing cost savings.
- Promotes innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implements best practices and determines quality standards and oversees the execution / production of project deliverables and management documents
- Create, update and maintain reports using multiple data source for project tracking
- Drive cost efficiencies for CM IT with regards server rationalization and utilizations programs
Must have skills :
- Good communication, planning, organization, and negotiating skills
- Demonstrate competency in crafting efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
- Good with Excel, Data Visualizations (Tableau) and Process Documentations
- Experience in business analysis and managing projects in Capital Markets environment
- Good presentation skills to deliver presentations to business partners, senior management, and executives, selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience and also be able to lead complex group meetings for information gathering, decision-making, problem solving, project and strategic planning
Nice to have skills :
- Working knowledge of SQL and data retrieval techniques and tools
- Familiarity with process and data modeling methodologies and tools
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
