Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with Eagle Disposal's strategic goals and objectives
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation
- Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Direct monetary functions, including cash management, investment strategies, and debt financing, to optimize financial resources and liquidity
- Supervise the accounting / booking team in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
- Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks, implementing improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with operational teams to assess and improve cost efficiency and profitability across business units
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies, to support Eagle Disposal's financial objectives
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, contributing to the overall growth and success of Eagle Disposal Inc
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial management or executive-level positions
