We're seeking an Account Manager with passion for exceptional service delivery to join our team in Edmonton! With your dedication to enriching the customer’s journey and driving sales, you will focus on nurturing relationships and facilitating staffing solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement relationship-focused strategies to cultivate new opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and industry peers to facilitate mutual growth and success.
  • Actively engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and align solutions with their objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource, providing valuable insights and guidance to support client success.
  • Utilize innovative tools and technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Drive adoption of new initiatives and processes to improve sales performance and enhance client satisfaction.

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following :

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, with a background in sales and customer service preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships, exceeding performance targets, and driving business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to and leverage advancements in digital tools and technology for business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of business dynamics and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
