Company specializing in the catering field located in the heart of western Montreal, is currently looking for a sales coordinator! A uniquely solid and well-established company, it continues to expand!

In summary, the sales coordinator will ensure the smooth running of major accounts for Canada and the United States.

Salary 50k-53k

Bonus 3 to 15% annually

8 : 30-5 (37.5 hrs)

2 weeks vacation

Responsibilities

This is what your day will look like!

Tracking orders from Canada and the United States by email

Plan shipping and delivery dates

Ensure follow-up for major accounts : sending emails, monitoring the logistics of orders with warehouses, etc.

Reports to be updated daily

Sending shipping emails to warehouses

Resolution of problematic situations related to major accounts

Assist the Sales Director with special projects

Qualifications

  • Bilingualism both in writing and in writing, especially in English
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ease with the Ms Office Suite, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized, team spirit, good judgment, sense of priorities and urgency
