Adviso is currently looking for an experienced person with strong digital skills who is able to exploit the fields of marketing and communications as strategic levers for achieving companies’ growth and development goals.

As Senior Consultant, Marketing and Communications, your role involves designing effective marketing and communication strategies while ensuring the efficient management of content intended to promote the brand and Adviso’s services.

To this end, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with high-profile strategic partners, with the goal being to facilitate the operationalization and optimization of a range of marketing tactics and initiatives.

You will also work in close collaboration with the business development and sales team, the management team and specialized experts in a variety of digital disciplines to create content adapted to a multitude of distribution and management platforms.

A typical day will involve :

  • Being an essential ally in achieving the ambitious objectives of the business development and sales team
  • Contributing to Adviso’s plans for development and growth by showcasing its many services and attracting new clients
  • Designing the yearly plan and defining marketing goals in connection with Adviso’s business priorities, in collaboration with the management team
  • Developing content strategies for the editorial calendar
  • Ensuring and generating content creation for communication platforms and tools (blog, newsletter, publications, social networks, etc.

while respecting established budgetary limits

  • Promoting Adviso’s achievements through industry contests
  • Conducting and managing special marketing projects that aim to increase awareness of and improve the Adviso brand
  • Representing the brand during industry events such as conferences, forums, trade shows, professional after-work events, etc.
  • Acting as a resource for the media, partners and associations
  • Tracking performance indicators to develop strategic recommendations based on an analysis of results (KPI report)
  • Ensuring the continual development and optimization of Adviso’s marketing tools
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with our talented strategic partners

This professional challenge is for you if you have :

  • Between 8 and 10 years of experience in a marketing position, whether in-agency or at a company (B2B experience would be an asset)
  • A university degree in marketing, communications or a similar field
  • A good grasp of practical and theoretical concepts in marketing
  • Experience creating content (text, photo, video) and designing editorial calendars
  • Skills in negotiating budgets and finalizing agreements for a range of services
  • Recognized skills in mobilizing and developing synergy between many stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and budget tracking
  • An understanding of content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, mainly Hubspot
  • A good general understanding of the web and the services offered by Adviso
  • Skills in using performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics, FB Insights or any other similar platform
  • An excellent grasp of French and English, both oral and written, is necessary to ensure effective interactions with our national and international customers, as well as to ensure optimal management of content and tools in our day-to-day operations, and to foster technological innovation in our areas of expertise
  • The legal right to work in Canada

  • Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility towards clients (internal and external) and the missions with which you are entrusted
