Accounts Receivable Clerk

- Location : Etobicoke,M8Z 4E6
- Shift : Monday - Friday : 9 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm with ½ hour break.
- Pay : $25 / hr. - $28 / hr. depending on experience plus 4% vacation pay
What you do :
- Invoicing / Billing using ERP system.
- Cash application for the payment received by bank.
- Collection of receivables
- Uploading invoices in various customers AP portal
- Calculation revenue to be backed out based on Incoterm.
- Generating AR-Statement for Inter-co / customer account for emailing.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Journal entry preparation for approval by manager
- Preparation of warranty file under supervision
- Depreciation calculation on monthly basis
- Assist in month end close.
- Any other accounting work assigned by supervisor.
Who are you :
- Undergraduate or College in Business Administration preferred.
- 3 - 5yearsof Accounts ReceivableExperience
- Must have knowledge of billing systems and credit / collections policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, and Excel
- Proficiency working on ERP SAGE MAS is preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
