Accounts Receivable Clerk
Job Description
On behalf of our esteemed client in the education industry, we're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities :
- Process, track, and answer inquiries regarding domestic and international student refunds.
- Daily post wire transfer payments to student accounts and collaborate with the International Department to identify unmatched transfers.
- Manage phone and email inquiries related to accounts receivable (AR). This includes answering calls and directing email queries to the appropriate AR team members.
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Officers with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- College diploma or university degree in finance, business, or accounting (preferred).
- 2-4 years of accounts receivable experience.
- Prior experience processing student or customer refunds.
- Proven ability using the accounts receivable module of a complex financial system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation : $23-$25 per hour
