Requirements :
- Technical Sales Representative is responsible for proactively expanding the brand within the existing customer’s base and with new prospects in your assigned sales territory within Ontario
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales and profit margin goals, and working towards all customers being repeat customers
- Input orders and follow through to shipping and all aspects of customer service
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Travel within assigned territory (50%) as well as other possible periodic domestic and international travels for meetings and training as required.·
- Develop and present proposals for specific customer applications and requirements; respond to requests for industry and application-specific solutions
- Collaborate with company to fully determine and understand customer requirements and to provide technical sales support for company's products and services
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
- Engineering Education with 2 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have minimum 2-3 years of in-depth technical knowledge, automation experience
- Strong presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Analytical and structured thinking with a creative ability to work toward targets and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the aptitude to identify and recommend appropriate solutions for customer needs.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Lotus Note etc.)
- Have a valid passport and able to travel within assigned territory (50%) as well as other possible periodic domestic and international travels for meetings and training as required.
