Service Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to become part of a great team in Nepean. In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company.

You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed in a crisis, and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.

You’ll be spending your time dealing with drivers and customers and will be arranging and following up on service calls.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who come into the location
• Building report with existing and new clients
• Answer calls, dispatch technicians, and monitor / adjust the schedule as required
• Organize service calls, and maintain a record for scheduled maintenance
• Handle all client issues and quality assurance
• Invoicing support as needed
