General Labor, Production is responsible for the final forming of the units to product specifications and slicing product tops to specification.
Aligning product entering the oven on to the proofer board. Monitoring the quality of the product on the, Rheon line, Proofer boards, exiting the oven and packing.
Assure that scheduled budgeted pounds are completed while maintaining waste control. Document line checks accurately and timely.
The incumbent are to maintain the sanitary conditions of the Rheon line, Proofer, Scoring, Oven and packing areas to meet safety and GMP’s standards
Responsibilities :
- Inspect product to ensure it meets established standards and specifications and watch for upside-down products.
- Feed on trays and / or stack off trays.
- Maintain the proper flow of product into the pattern formers and re-pack any missing or damaged product in packages.
- Tailor trays and stack off trays from the tray line when necessary.
- Monitor and assist the tray feeder to ensure the proper flow of trays.
- Assist with rework and / or packaging.
- Ensure that the code is legible with the correct codes.
- Assist the Operator with setup and changeovers, if necessary.
- Keep work area clean throughout shift.
- Work with Supervisors and Maintenance to maintain equipment in good working order.
- Correctly weigh and record any waste to be disposed of.
Qualifications :
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Clear and concise communication with all levels
Shift : 2nd
Hourly Rate : $19.00 - $20.00
