Position : On-Call Receptionist / Front Desk Receptionist and Office Services Location : Toronto Job Types : on-call, casual and temporary assignments Salary : $23-$26 / hour Summer Time is around the corner and downtown Toronto corporate offices are looking for On-Call Receptionists / Front Desk Receptionists to support vacation vacancies.

  • If you are : - Searching for a temporary on-call Receptionist position while studying part time; - Someone in need of a career change and interested in casual reception work to fill in the gaps;
  • A professional who loves being the face of the organization as a Receptionist and wants to see what it's like to work for a multitude of organizations In this role, you will be Quantum's ambassador on our client sites to create a warm and welcoming environment;

you will use your sociable and relationship-building skills to provide high-calibre front desk support. Your functions : - Greeting visitors, clients, guests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner - Answering and transferring incoming calls and making outgoing calls as required - Dealing with couriers and mail, booking boardrooms, and ensuring set-up for meetings - Handling ad hoc administrative and clerical support duties as assigned To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements : - Availability and flexibility to work on on-call, short-term / temporary assignments - 1 to 2 years of recent experience in an administrative / reception / front desk reception.
