Customer Service Representative
General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or chat;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries;
- Process orders, forms, and requests;
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints;
- Record details of actions taken;
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or better;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- Proficiency of relevant computer applications;
- Strong data entry skills;
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment.

Status : 1 part-time position
Schedule :
Saturday : 10 : 30am to 5 : 00pm (6 hours)
Monday to Friday : up to a maximum of 24 hours
