• Maintain artistic direction and quality
• Produce high quality characters and creatures suitable technically and artistically with the project's universe and visual direction
• Cooperation on setting artistic vision benchmarks and helping define the style, as well as maintaining the quality standards across the entire development pipeline
• Participate in reviews, adapt to, and implement feedback from stakeholders in a professional manner
• Provide feedback and improvement to visual quality
• Knowledge sharing
• Support in HR collaboration as well as in recruitment efforts for character team
• Working closely with Animation and Technical departments to ensure the character fulfills the quality expectations Requirements / Exigences : What are we looking for?

A portfolio of visionary, inspiring, industry-leading character work showcasing strong vision and skills At least 8 years of professional experience with AAA game development At least one AAA action title shipped Ability to create believable characters that are full of life and personality Artistically interpret concepts or creatively push beyond an initial ideation Excellent understanding of art fundamentals (shape, form, texture, value and color) and anatomical knowledge of both bipedal and quadrupedal form Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually.

Positive attitude and a desire to bring new ideas to the team. A team player who knows how to get the best out of everyone on the project and not just within ar TiMi Montréal is a AAA game development studio within TiMi Studio Group and Tencent and is working on new IP for a multiplatform open-world role-playing game using Unreal Engine 5.

The core team has a proven track record making hit open world games, including Assassin's Creed, Far Cry and Watch Dogs.
