Job Summary :

Iconium Media is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will support senior leadership, coordinate client projects, and ensure the delivery of top-notch service to our clients.

Serving as the primary interface between an anchor client, other individual clients and the Iconium team, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be dedicated to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive support to the project management team in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
  • Coordinate client projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.
  • Manage special projects as required.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing questions, and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, and media) to ensure flawless execution of client projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details using Monday and other internal software systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in account coordination and client service.

Qualifications :

  • Preferred experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
