Our NorthAmerican team is growing rapidly. We are looking for an proactiveand enthusiastic Marketing and BusinessDevelopmentAssistant with aspecific focus on the Chinese marketto join our team.

In this roleyou will be a pivotal part of enhancing our Chinese marketinginitiatives in Canada supporting the growth ofupcoming marketing initiatives and helping us expand ourpresence.

Thisrole is responsible for effective local marketing initiativesthrough researching designing and executing marketing strategyacross content creation local partnership outreach public relationsand more.

Theideal candidate will be an excellent communicator a highly creativeinnovator and with a growth mindset. This is a fulltime remoteposition based inCanada.

Due to the bicoastal nature of our team evening work might berequired. Must have highlevel Chinese& English reading andwriting proficiency.

Whatare the main responsibilities for thisrole

This rolewill be focused on developing and furthering Crimsons Chinesemarket presence in Canadaby assisting with Chinese marketinginitiatives

DevelopingChinese marketing assets such as blogs websites marketing brochuresvideos case studies webinar content sales templatesand resourcesfor students

Organizingandsupporting the endtoend planning execution and optimization ofwebinars and other relatedevents

Managing WeChat grouppromotions and respond to questions. Contribute to the creation ofoffline and online marketing content to increase brand awarenesscreate a positive customer experience and increaseconversions

Assisting withoutreach tactics including expos seminars school talks and relatedevents. Support webinar coordinating andlogistics.

SupportingChinese partnership building efforts by researching and findingcontact information of potential partners and media channelsandestablishing relevantpartnerships

Whatskills and experience arerequired

• Bachelors degree or higher inmarketing communications business or a relatedfield.
• Proficiency in English andMandarin Chinese reading writing and editing skills areessential
• 2 years of experience of Chinesecontent writing and / or Chinese social media management experiencein creating content for WeChat public account and Little Red Bookwill be preferred
• Excellent communicationandstorytellingskills
• Experience in theeducation sector and / orknowledge in university admissions (US& UK as priority) will be preferred but notrequired
• Background in college consulting orhave a network of education industry contacts / parent groupswill beastrong plus
• Experience with Canva and a basicunderstanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign) is a strong plus.

Basic command of video editing softwaresuch as CapCut is preferred but notmandatory
