Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome all residents. Conduct access controls. Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required.
Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities.
Answering all resident questions. Providing excellent customer service. Coordinate with onsite contractors as required.
