Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute Campaigns : Design, launch, and analyze targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
- Social Media Strategy and Management : Build and manage the company’s social media presence, creating impactful content that resonates with audiences and promotes engagement.
- Market Trends & Analysis : Stay up to date with Canadian real estate market trends to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Brand Development : Strengthen brand presence across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive message that speaks to our clientele and elevates our position in the market.
- Sales Strategy Integration : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, driving revenue through strategic marketing activities.
- Customer Relationship Management : Oversee CRM tools to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and support the customer journey with timely, relevant content.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of marketing experience within real estate, residential, or custom home industries.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, social media marketing, and trend analysis.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian real estate market and regional audience targeting.
- Proven success in increasing engagement, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
