Role
Sweat Pants Agency is now hiring an expert Digital Marketing Strategist to lead in the success, and growth of our clients’ paid media channels.
As a Digital Marketing Strategist , you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients' Meta ad accounts (and other paid ad channels), take charge of the ad creative process, and collaborate on CRO, offers and funnel testing.
What is a Digital Marketing Strategist ? Let's face it, managing an ad account is more than understanding how to make the best media buying decisions.
While advanced-level media buying is a non negotiable skill for the role, Digital Marketing Strategists on our team are growth partners.
A Digital Marketing Strategist is someone who can recognize patterns, identify trends, and make decisions outside of the ad platform that improves in-platform results.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client reporting and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to inform media buying strategies.
- Set up and manage reports, with a preference for candidates experienced in Looker & Supermetrics.
- Collaborate with the senior media buying team in managing and optimizing our creative processes.
- Engage in extensive market research, including analyzing customer reviews, surveys, and competitor strategies.
- Participate in scripting content, coordinating with actors, and liaising with video editors.
- Generate innovative ideas for static advertisements.
- Actively contribute to campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Passion for marketing with an ambition to become a top-tier marketer.
- Strong writing skills and an understanding of basic copywriting principles.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and familiarity with Meta Ads is advantageous.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
