Data & Insights Analyst

FlipGive is in need of a Data Analyst who will be responsible forpulling and analyzing data, as well as providing supporting insights and research to help inform strategy.

You will help answer - with data and detailed analysis - the hard, open-ended questions required to operate, develop and grow the business.

You are highlyanalytical, intellectually curious with a consistent track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

What you'll do :

• Analyzes complex business problems using data from internal and external sources
• Provides delivery of data insights and reporting services to cross-functional teams, including :
• Ad-hoc queries and deep dive analysis
• Deriving insights and presenting the story and recommendations to the business
• Report and dashboard execution
• Extract data from different data sources (database, Fullstory, Google Analytics), track, analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & operational status
• Support implementation and updating organization dashboards across different teams

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years experience in a data analyst / business intelligence role

What it takes to succeed :

• Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
• Coherent and clear written and verbal skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Will be a proponent of test and learn culture by supporting experimentation
• Familiarity with statistical software like R or Python and database querying language like SQL
• Experience with technologies and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience with product analytics and Google analytics
