Test Administrator

We are hiring a permanent part‑time Test Administrator for our Edmonton, Alberta office. This temporary position runs through the end of December 2025 with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
• Check‑in testing candidates, verify identification and explain the exam process
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished

Scheduling Requirements

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with availability to work a variety of shifts any day – Monday through Saturday – between 7 : 15 AM and 8 : 00 PM. Must be open to flexible scheduling. This is strictly a part‑time position (5–10 hours per week) with more hours during peak periods. Schedules are available at least 1 month in advance.
