Ourclient a leader in the Canadian insurance industry is seeking 25Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support members inaccessing benefits related to Health Dental Life Critical Illnessand Life Conversions.
This role is crucial in providingclientfocused support at important moments in members lives andinvolves engagement with various stakeholders within claims andadministration teams primarily through email and phonecorrespondence.

Hourly salary $25.04.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Hybridwork : 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.
Rotational schedule(AST) : Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9pm.
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer calls for up to 7 hours daily addressingrequests of varying complexity from internal and externalclients.
Assist in managing groupinsurance files and followupprocesses.
Participate in monthlycoaching sessions with team leaders to refine skills and improveservice quality.
Engage in weeklyrolespecific microlearning activities to enhance serviceknowledge.
Collaborate in personwith colleagues for support feedback and shared learning throughactivities like call debriefs andshadowing.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
High school diploma required; college degree is anasset.
24 years of customerservice experience in information centers retail or serviceenvironments.
Bilingual fluencyin English and French to support clients in bothlanguages.
Strong problemsolvingskills.
Techsavvy with experienceusing Microsoft applications such as Teams andOutlook.
Excellent interpersonalcustomer service and communicationskills.
Adaptability in afastpaced changing environment with a professionaldemeanor.
Continuous learnereager to explore new products applications and supportmaterials.
Strong technical andresearch skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesacross administrative systems.
Reliable team player.
