Ourclient in the insurance industry is looking to hire 10 BilingualCustomer Care Representatives to support their Group Benefits teamduring a peak period.
In this role you will have the opportunity toassist plan members with health dental life and critical illnessbenefits ensuring they receive timely and accurate support when itmattersmost.

Hourly salary $25.04.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Hybridwork : 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.
5week training period : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.AST.
Posttraining shifts : Rotational schedule between 9 : 00 a.m. and 9 : 00 p.m. AST Monday toFriday.
Flexibility required forovertime and nonstatutory holidayshifts.
Responsibilities :
Manage inbound customer calls for 7 hours daily addressing avariety of client inquiries.
Resolve issues related to group insurance plan files ensuringcustomer satisfaction.
Participate in monthly coaching sessions and weekly rolespecificmicrolearning.
Engage in inpersoncollaboration with colleagues for call debriefs shadowing andsupport.
Use Microsoft apps(Teams Outlook) to handle communications and daily taskseffectively.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
High school diploma required; college degree considered anasset.
5 to 7 years of customerservice experience ideally in a contact center retail or serviceenvironment.
Bilingual fluency inEnglish and French (spoken and written) to support clients in bothlanguages.
Strong problemsolvingskills and ability to manage customer inquirieseffectively.
Proficiency withMicrosoft apps including Teams andOutlook.
Excellent interpersonalcommunication and customer serviceskills.
Ability to thrive infastpaced everchanging environments while maintainingprofessionalism.
Strong researchskills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multipleadministrative systems.
Teamoriented reliable and able to manageambiguity.
Familiarity withwebbased applications and experience in group benefits orinformation centers is aplus.
