Role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Montreal.

Involved in running PMO with Capital Markets - Technology Business Management
Comms and pm role together
News letter success desks, PDR (Product Design Reviews), mandatory artifacts
Communicating changes within governance, Governance reporting
Creation of business facing presentation materials
Read and write and communication of business commercial outcomes
PMO communications
MUST HAVE;
5-7 years of experience - PM and Communications within Financial Sector
Involved in running a PMO
Can work independently
Creating communications - news letters, success decks, mandatory artifacts, PDR (Product Design Reviews)
Creating business facing presentation materials, documenting and communicating business commercial outcomes, PMO communications
Communicating changes within governance, governance reporting
Nice Have;
Capital Markets experience - Funding, Liquidity, Treasury, Trading
