Your Day as a Marketing and Communication Project Specialist
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute on marketing strategies aligned with national growth plans and business needs.Oversee the planning, production, and deployment of marketing and communications tactics and campaigns.Contribute and implement annual marketing communications and advertising strategy and lead creative development.Develop, write and produce B2B marketing materials to support the business (corporate + by industry), including promotional marketing, placemats, brochures, product sheets, banners, ads, etc.Develop and report on key marketing analytics and metrics, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.Ensure quality, consistency and brand protection on all campaigns and initiatives nationally.Stay on top of market trends and best practices.Serve as a marketing expert and adviser for the business.Manage vendor relationships / project management.Execute all other related tasks.Our Ideal Candidate
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.Degree in marketing, communications, or any other relevant field.Team Spirit, Diplomacy and interpersonal skills.Curiosity, Creative vision, thoroughness and attention to detail.Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) Adobe Suite (an asset)Autonomous and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic thinkingEffective time management and organizational skills.Who we are
