Dasro is looking for Business Analyst / Organizational Change Management Resource for one of its clients in Regina, SK
Duration : 12 months contract with the possibility of extension
Location : Regina, SK Onsite
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Develop and implement change management strategy, approach, and methodologies that will result in deliverables such as a risk and readiness assessment, communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans and resistance management plans.
- Assess and coach project sponsors and stakeholders at an executive level (both internal and external).
- Coaching and mentoring project team members and existing employees within the in critical organizational change management competencies and skills.
- Facilitate and lead requirement gathering sessions with internal project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), or other resources with pertinent information required.
- Gathering of current and future state process map diagrams.
- Identify and communicate risks to project sponsors and stakeholders as changes to longstanding business processes will alter the way employees will operate today.
- Participate in core team meetings to ensure the perspective of the business analyst and organizational change management remain prevalent throughout the course of the project.
