Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Sr. Product Design Lead to lead the creative strategy, ideation, and discovery of advertising design initiatives using Figma and Miro.
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Toronto : Bathurst and Lakeshore (4 days / week onsite)
Responsibilities :
Develop creative concepts and strategies for the next generation of advertising campaigns on web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with advertising and media teams to create and define innovative ideas. Conduct ideation and discovery workshops with stakeholders.
Conduct marketing research and analysis and present strategies to stakeholders.
Collaborate with advertising and product teams to ensure that problems, initiatives, and outcomes are well-defined and documented based on objective data.
You’ll facilitate and lead discovery sessions and workshops that align your team around clearly defined problem statements and goals.
Work product will include journey maps, service blueprints, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes. Design the high-fidelity interfaces that we build.
Understand how to convey visual personality, tone, look and feel, and the flourish that is appropriate to your product.
Ensure that design solutions utilize and further the team's design system, and leverage or iterate on existing patterns whenever possible.
Identify undefined or inconsistent patterns and propose scalable solutions. Encourage and facilitate the shared naming of elements across design and development on the team.
Must Have Skills :
- UX / UI Design / Product Design experience
- Advertising (AdTech) and Media (MarTech) experience
- Experience defining Creative Strategy for Advertising campaigns
- Expertise in FIGMA
- Miro
